537 Miles. One Man. One Mission.

Campbell Roy is walking the Scottish National Trail, from the Borders to Cape Wrath, to raise £50,000 for Prostate Cancer Research. This summer, he needs your support.

What is Trek 500?

Trek 500 is a 537-mile fundraising challenge taking on Britain’s toughest long-distance route: the Scottish National Trail. Starting in Kirk Yetholm and finishing at Cape Wrath, Campbell Roy will walk 43 stages across some of Scotland’s most spectacular and demanding landscapes, from July to September 2026.

He’s not doing this for the miles. He’s doing it for the 1 in 8 men who will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime, and for the thousands in Scotland where late-stage detection rates are among the worst in the UK.

Trek 500 is a campaign to raise awareness, fund life-saving research, and show every man affected by prostate cancer that they are not walking alone.

"There's been a huge push to introduce screening, routine testing and to improve awareness of the importance of knowing your own personal risk of prostate cancer. By helping Trek 500 we can help raise funds to help in all these areas."
